Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering across our regional and global Data Center Design and Construction teams. Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data center/mission-critical or major technical capital programs.
• In-depth knowledge of critical power systems, power-system studies, protective relay coordination, and commissioning requirements.
• Ability to balance power architecture, resilience, costs, efficiency, and schedule risks.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills to influence consultants and cross-functional leadership.
• University degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field; PE/licensure preferred; travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical engineering for major data center builds, campus phases, customer deployments, and upgrades from concept through commissioning.
• Govern design reviews, calculations, specifications, and submittals; maintain global standard designs and Basis of Design documents.
• Analyze power and utility systems, including HV/MV/LV distribution, standby generation, UPS, battery storage, grounding, and power quality.
• Drive equipment strategies and evaluations for OFCI, and lead root-cause investigations to feed lessons learned into standards.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across Design Management, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Solutions Engineering.
