Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering across our regional and global Data Center Design and Construction teams. In this role, you will serve as the senior technical reviewer for complex, high‑risk electrical systems, assuring technical quality, resolving discipline risks, and establishing scalable engineering standards.

• Typically 10+ years of relevant experience with accountability for data center or mission-critical programs.
• In-depth knowledge of critical power systems, power-system studies, protective relay coordination, codes/standards, utility interconnections, and commissioning requirements.
• Ability to balance power architecture, electrical resilience, capital costs, efficiency, utility constraints, and schedule risks.
• Strong communication and influence to work with consultants, equipment manufacturers, and cross-functional leadership without formal line-management authority.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical strategy, design criteria, assurance plans, and review gates for major data center builds.
• Govern technical reviews and standards; develop global standard designs and Basis of Design documents.
• Analyze power and utility systems including interconnections, HV/MV/LV distribution, standby generation, UPS, battery storage, grounding, and power quality.
• Drive equipment and operational reliability; establish product strategies and evaluations with Supply Chain; lead root-cause investigations.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate across Design Management, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Solutions Engineering to resolve multidisciplinary interfaces.
