Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering across regional and global Data Center Design and Construction teams. You will serve as the senior technical reviewer for complex, high-risk electrical systems, ensuring quality and scalable standards.

You will operate with broad autonomy, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional collaboration while traveling up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in data center/mission-critical programs.
• Deep knowledge of critical power systems, power-system studies, protective relay coordination, codes/standards, and commissioning requirements.
• Ability to balance power architecture, resilience, cost, and schedule risks.

Responsabilités

• Lead electrical strategy, design criteria, assurance plans, and review gates for major data center builds and upgrades.
• Review consultant designs, calculations, specs, and submittals; develop global standard designs and Basis of Design documents.
• Lead evaluations for utility interconnections, HV/MV/LV distribution, UPS, batteries, grounding, and power quality.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to evaluate OFCI equipment and lead root-cause analyses for incidents to improve standards.
• Mentor and coordinate with Design Management, Construction, Commissioning, Operations, and Solutions Engineering.
