Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering across regional and global Data Center Design and Construction teams. You will serve as the senior technical reviewer for high-risk electrical systems, assuring quality and scalable standards, with broad autonomy to solve complex challenges.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in electrical engineering with data center focus.
- Deep knowledge of critical power systems and power-system studies.
- Experience with protective relay coordination and commissioning.
- Strong negotiation and communication to influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical strategy and design criteria for data center projects.
- Govern technical reviews, standards, and design documentation.
- Analyze utility interconnections, standby generation, UPS, and grounding.
- Drive equipment selection and root-cause investigations for incidents.
- Mentor engineers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
