Job summary

Eichleay is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to join our Ferndale, WA team supporting refinery and heavy industrial clients across the Pacific Northwest. This role offers technical leadership on brownfield and capital projects, mentoring engineers and guiding electrical design from concept through startup.

Candidates must hold a PE in Electrical Engineering and typically 8–10 years of refinery or oil and gas experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of refinery or oil and gas experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical discipline on assigned projects, owning scope, budget, and schedule.
• Perform QA review of electrical deliverables and provide technical direction to junior staff.
• Lead client technical discussions and contribute to proposals and estimates for electrical scope.
• Develop electrical specifications and calculations, and review vendor submittals.
• Prepare material requisitions for bid and technical bid evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, API, NFPA 70E and related standards.
