Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Supervising Electrical Engineer to lead complex MEP projects and act as Engineer of Record. You will supervise staff, coordinate budgets and schedules, and manage client relations across healthcare, federal, commercial, and aviation sectors.

Strong qualifications include a PE license, healthcare design experience, and 10+ years in a consulting environment with hands-on CAD/REVIT design leadership.

Qualifications

• PE registration is required.
• Healthcare design experience is required or preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering from an Accredited Institution.
• 12+ years of Project Management experience.
• 10+ years in a consulting firm in the MEP Engineering Industry for a senior level role.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Hands-on design and CAD/REVIT experience with leading staff.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Firm in client, contractor, architect, and project team interactions.
• Supervise, coordinate, and assign projects to team members.
• Lead coordination meetings and participate in budgeting, scheduling, and staff management.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts, including add service agreements.
• Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and oversee design and analysis.
