Job summary

Syska Hennessy Group in San Francisco or Sacramento seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design for healthcare projects within a global engineering team. You will collaborate with architects, structural, telecom, and other disciplines to deliver large, complex facilities from concept through construction documentation.

Applicants should hold a PE license, have 8+ years in a consulting environment, and be proficient with AutoCAD and REVIT; LEED AP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• PE license required; 8+ years in a consulting firm.
• Strong ability to coordinate electrical systems with other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Firm in interactions with clients, contractors, architects, and project teams.
• Design large projects, prepare reports and specifications, provide technical leadership.
• Oversee drawings production, ensure client standards, coordinate with owner and contractors.
• Develop design standards, prepare proposals, and support project contracts and budgets.
• Contribute to business development and QA/QC processes.
