Syska Hennessy Group seeks a Supervising Electrical Engineer - Healthcare to join our team in Los Angeles, CA; San Diego, CA; or Chicago. You will represent the Firm with clients, contractors, and project teams.

As Engineer of Record, you will supervise, coordinate, and assign projects, mentor staff, and participate in budgeting and scheduling. Requirements include current PE licensure and healthcare design experience.

Qualificações

• Current PE registration and licensure is required.
• Healthcare design experience is required.
• 12+ years in a consulting firm (Senior level in MEP engineering) is needed.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Engineer of Record on dedicated projects and lead coordination meetings.
• Supervise staff, manage budgeting, scheduling, and staffing.
• Prepare proposals and administer project contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with accounting for monthly project invoices and payables.
• Provide employee evaluations and mentor staff.
