Job summary

Little is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to join our Electrical team in Durham, NC, with a hands-on, collaborative work style. You will support innovative design solutions from early design through construction and mentor staff, while leading interdisciplinary teams across projects.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in power distribution, fire alarm, low voltage/IT, lighting, and controls, with an active PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design of power distribution systems, fire alarm systems, low voltage/IT systems, lighting and controls.
• Registered Electrical Engineer required (NCEES record/multiple state licenses a plus).
• Expertise in Alternative Energy design a plus.
• Experience with LEED and/or WELL Certified Projects (LEED AP/WELL AP a plus).
• BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) a plus.
• Significant Lighting Design experience or Lighting Certified a plus.
• Solid Revit experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
