Job summary

Little is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Project Manager to join our Electrical team, ideally in Charlotte, NC but open to other locations. You will generate innovative electrical design solutions from early design through construction, mentor staff, and collaborate with architects and engineers across disciplines.

Qualified candidates have at least 10 years' experience, PE license, and strong communication skills; LEED/WELL experience and RCDD are a plus, with a culture that supports

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of design experience in power, fire alarm, lighting and IT systems.
• Licensed Electrical Engineer with NCEES records preferred.
• Experience with LEED or WELL Certified projects is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to complete projects.
• Lead design efforts and mentor staff on technical tasks.
• Drive innovative electrical design from concept through construction administration.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and manage client communications.
