Job summary

Little is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Electrical team in Charlotte, NC, with a hands-on, collaborative style. The role supports design from early concept through construction and mentoring staff, ideally in Charlotte but other locations will be considered. 32 hours in office weekly with 8 hours flexible.

Required: 10+ years in power distribution, lighting, and low voltage systems; PE license; strong communication; Revit experience. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design of power distribution systems, fire alarm systems, low voltage/IT systems, lighting and controls.
• Registered Electrical Engineer required (NCEES record/multiple state licenses a plus).
• Expertise in LEED and/or WELL Certified Projects (LEED AP/WELL AP a plus).
• Significant Lighting Design experience or Lighting Certified a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with our architects and other engineers to complete projects.
• Leading design and problem solving from concept through construction administration.
• Mentoring staff and guiding project outcomes.
