Job summary
RTX is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer – Production Hardware in Tucson, AZ to drive program execution, cost, schedule, and technical oversight.
This on-site role requires a DoD Secret clearance and involves collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver reliable airborne electrical products. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, hardware testing, and cross-functional coordination for production, testing, and integration, with travel under 10% and a 2nd shift
Qualifications
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or related STEM field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with RF, analog, digital, and/or mixed signal circuit design or analysis and/or digital signal processing.
- Familiarity with test equipment like oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, waveform generators.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering efforts for production hardware across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering teams to resolve production issues.
