You will plan and deliver capital projects, design 480V distribution, and direct outside contractors while maintaining drawings and documentation. The role requires NEC/NFPA 70, NFPA 70E and OSHA standards experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or Electronics.
• At least 3 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Solid understanding of electrical safe work practices.
• Ability to read P&IDs and one-line diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the plant's electrical expert, ensuring NEC/NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E compliance.
• Drive capital and facility upgrade projects from concept through startup.
• Design and oversee power distribution (e.g., 480V three-phase) and plant load planning.
• Direct outside contractors and maintain engineering drawings and documentation.
• Contribute to broader facility projects involving structural, mechanical, and utility systems.
• Champion safe electrical work practices across the site.
