Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks an Electrical Engineer to govern electrical design on a large gas-turbine power project in Cedar Creek. You will review schematics, protection coordination, and load-flow analyses, while coordinating with the site team on technical questions and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in power-plant electrical engineering, hands-on protection design, and proficiency with Bluebeam Revu and Procore, plus familiarity with AI verification tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in electrical engineering for power plants.

Responsibilities

• Review electrical design deliverables, single lines and equipment specifications.
• Assess protection coordination and short circuit studies.
• Review load flow studies and system stability analysis.
• Evaluate electrical change requests and field queries.
• Partner with the site team on electrical technical questions.
• Track design deliverable status against the schedule.
• Monitor preservation and storage requirements for electrical equipment.
