Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks an Electrical Construction Manager to represent the owner for electrical installation across the Cedar Creek project. You will oversee generator connections, switchgear and MV systems, ensuring compliance and interface control from early fabrication through commissioning.

With 12+ years in power-plant electrical construction and at least 5 years in owner representation on lump-sum EPC contracts, you will guide field teams, review packages, and manage safety and quality

Qualifications

12+ years in electrical construction on power plants.
5+ years representing an owner over an EPC contractor under a lump-sum contract.
Hands-on experience with generator connections and medium voltage systems.
Working knowledge of NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation of generator connections, switchgear, transformers and busduct.
Monitor cable installation, terminations and grounding across the plant.
Oversee lighting, small power and electrical balance of plant.
Track electrical interfaces at the project boundary.
Review construction work packages and flag scope or constraint gaps early.
Attend system walkdowns and identify punch list items.
Monitor preservation and storage of electrical equipment through to installation.
