Pacifico Energy LLC in Cedar Creek, Nebraska, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical design for a large power project. You will govern generator connection, protection systems, and balance of plant, ensuring compliance with quality standards and project schedules.
You have 10+ years in power-plant electrical engineering, hands-on protection design, and familiarity with IEEE/NFPA 70. Proficiency with Bluebeam Revu, Procore, and AI tools used for verification is valued.
Pacifico Energy develops, finances, builds, and operates energy infrastructure that powers businesses and communities. In the U.S., we are tackling one of the biggest challenges facing AI and large-scale data centers: access to reliable power. Our private grids bring dedicated generation and energy storage directly to customers, helping projects move forward without waiting for traditional utility connections. We draw on Pacifico Energy Group’s experience across the U.S., Japan, South Korea, and Vietnam, spanning solar, wind, battery storage, and natural gas. Joining Pacifico means helping turn ambitious energy projects into operating infrastructure, with work that connects directly to the people and businesses building the future of AI.
Cedar Creek is a 1,100 MW simple-cycle gas turbine power project built under a lump-sum EPC contract. As Electrical Engineer you govern the electrical design on the owner's behalf: generators, medium and low voltage distribution, protection, and the electrical balance of plant.
