Job summary

Pacifico Energy seeks a Power Plant Senior Electrical Engineer to own the electrical scope across the full project lifecycle for power generation systems integrating gas turbines, PV, and BESS.

You will define high-level layouts, HV/MV distribution, grid integration, prepare FEED and EPC deliverables, and collaborate with civil, mechanical, and control teams to deliver reliable, efficient energy solutions for large industrial facilities and data centers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in power plants, renewable energy, or industrial power systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual electrical layouts and FEED-stage designs for gas turbines, PV, and BESS.
• Define HV/MV distribution schemes and perform load flow and short-circuit studies.
• Coordinate with EPCs and other disciplines to ensure integrated power solutions.
• Review and approve detailed designs, calculations, and supplier documentation.
• Support construction, commissioning, testing, and handover to operations.
