Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• Experience with PCBA design, testing, and manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering integration and core engineering teams through development.
• Identify system hardware and software components and evaluate IO performance.
• Develop and implement design modifications for new features and manufacturability.
• Create test specs, plans, and reports for products and firmware.
• Perform electrical simulations to evaluate system performance.
• Oversee prototype testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
