Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of progressive relevant experience, including 5+ years in PM.
• Experience managing NPI, GDP, or stage-gate processes.
• Experience with hardware, software, firmware, manufacturing, supply chain, service and launch readiness.
• PM certifications (PMP, PgMP, Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
• Experience with global teams and international suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned programs of moderate complexity through planning, execution, launch readiness, and closeout.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated program plans reflecting scope, timing, dependencies, risks, milestones, and key decision points.
• Lead programs through NPI processes with milestone, design, and gate reviews using accurate, decision-ready information.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and risks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Translate product requirements and business objectives into clear delivery scope and milestones in partnership with Product and Engineering.
• Identify resource conflicts, sequencing risks, and dependency overlaps early and surface risks.
