Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, PE to oversee the creation of electrical design solutions as the Engineer of Record for complex projects. You will lead electrical engineering studies and designs, ensuring NEC compliance and adherence to company standards while guiding junior staff.

Qualifications

• Requires a PE license and a bachelor's degree in electrical or architectural engineering.
• Five years of post-PE-licensure experience on large commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical engineering of projects per NEC and company standards.
• Direct budgets, execution plans, cost estimates, and schedules with the PM.
• Produce study reports, drawings, and specs; possibly stamped and signed.
• Mentor Electrical Engineers, Designers, and BIM/CAD Technicians.
• Coordinate with AHJ, clients, and project team members; attend site visits.
