Job summary

ENFRA Solutions is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee electrical design solutions and serve as the Engineer of Record for complex projects. The role focuses on mentoring engineers, developing standards, and ensuring NEC compliance across healthcare, higher education, CEP, and large commercial facilities.

This remote US role requires travel (20–25%), a PE license, a Baccalaureate in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, and at least ten years post-PE experience leading

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical or Architectural Engineering required.
• PE license required.
• 10 years of post-PE experience.
• Experience with large commercial projects preferred.
• Knowledge of the NEC essential.
• Ability to lead complex electrical design projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical engineering of projects per standards and NEC.
• Prepare budgets, execution plans, and schedules with PM.
• Mentor Electrical Engineers, Designers, and BIM/CAD technicians.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards and tools.
• Coordinate with project team, clients, and AHJ.
• Attend site visits and support QA reviews.
