Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, PE to lead electrical design and become the Engineer of Record for large commercial projects. This role supports a US remote-based team with travel across Pacific/Mountain time zones as needed.

The position requires a PE license, a Baccalaureate in Electrical or Architectural Engineering, and at least five years post-PE experience, with strong NEC knowledge and client coordination skills. Travel is 20-25% of time.

Qualifications

• PE license held and five years of post-PE experience.
• Degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering required.
• Experience designing large commercial projects.
• Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical engineering design per NEC and standards.
• Assist PM with budgets, execution plans, cost estimates and schedules.
• Execute electrical engineering tasks within budget, schedule and quality targets.
• Prepare engineering documents, drawings and specifications as needed.
• Mentor engineers, designers and CAD technicians.
• Coordinate with clients and AHJ; attend meetings and document notes.
• Support QA reviews and site visits to verify conditions.
