Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, PE to lead electrical design and technical direction as the Engineer of Record on large commercial projects. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, ensure NEC compliance, and collaborate with clients to deliver quality solutions.

The role requires a PE license, a relevant engineering degree, and at least five years post-PE experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Required to have a Baccalaureate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license.
• Five years' experience post PE license award.
• Experience with the design of large commercial projects.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Effective written, oral and presentation communication skills.
• Clean Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct electrical engineering of projects in accordance with NEC and company standards.
• Assist Project Manager in budgets, execution plans, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Execute electrical engineering aspects of a project within budget, schedule and quality targets.
• Prepare engineering documents such as study reports, drawings and specifications.
• Provide mentoring and technical direction to Electrical Engineers, Designers and BIM/CAD Technicians.
• Attend client meetings and prepare notes; coordinate communications with the project team, clients and AHJ.
• Coordinate design solutions with other disciplines within the team; assist in QA reviews.
• Attend site visits for investigation and condition recording.
