Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.E.) to act as technical authority for complex commercial projects. Relocation assistance provided to Houston area with future relocation to Raleigh-Durham; hybrid work model offered.

Primary responsibilities include leading design, system integration, and project oversight across multidisciplinary teams. You will mentor engineers, manage project scopes and budgets, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while delivering

Qualifications

• Licensure as Professional Engineer (P.E.) required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from ABET-accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, drawings, calculations, and specifications for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural, and environmental disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide oversight during construction including site visits.
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, manage schedules, resources, and budgets.
