Ridgemont Resources, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.E.) to lead design and technical development for complex commercial projects. You will oversee system integration across disciplines, review drawings and specs, and ensure construction quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate holds PE licensure, ABET‑accredited degree, and 10–15 years’ experience with MEP and fire protection systems. Relocation assistance and a hybrid work model are available.

Qualifications

• PE licensure is required.
• ABET-accredited engineering degree.
• 10–15 years of design and PM experience in commercial sector.
• Experience with MEP and fire protection systems.
• Ability to lead large complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, technical development, drawings, calculations and specs for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural and environmental disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews and ensure regulatory compliance during construction, including site visits and submittal reviews.
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, manage schedules, resources and budgets.
