Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer (P.E.) in Houston, TX with relocation assistance. The role is a senior technical authority for complex commercial infrastructure and building systems, operating on a national scale.

Responsibilities include leading design, integration with multidisciplinary teams, QC oversight during construction, and mentoring junior staff. Relocation to Houston is provided and a flexible hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credential is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 10–15 years of engineering design and project management experience in MEP/Fire Prevention for commercial sector.
• Proven ability to lead large or complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, technical development, drawings, calculations, and specifications for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with other disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide engineering oversight during construction.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets.
