Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer II (P.E.) in Houston, TX, to act as a technical authority on complex commercial infrastructure. The role emphasizes leadership, design, and cross-disciplinary coordination across the full project lifecycle.

Relocation assistance is provided along with a comprehensive benefits package and a flexible hybrid work model. A strong candidate will have a PE license and 10–15 years of commercial project experience.

Qualifications

• PE license required and active.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from ABET-accredited university.
• 10–15 years of engineering design and project management experience in MEP and fire protection for commercial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and design for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with other disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews and oversee construction including site visits and submittal reviews.
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, manage schedules, resources and budgets.
