Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ seeks an Electrical Engineer II for hands-on multidisciplinary work within the Test Equipment Directorate. The role involves designing and integrating test products, interfaces, cabling, schematics, and system-level test solutions for Raytheon products.

Onsite work in a dynamic, multi‑discipline team environment is expected. The position requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a STEM degree, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance (Secret).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience with electrical engineering design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment in multidiscipline teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, drawings, schematics and circuit design/analysis.
• Contribute to all stages of test product development and manage technical, cost and schedule aspects.
• Lead or work in teams to resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
