Job summary

RTX is seeking a skilled Test Solutions Engineer for an onsite role in Tucson, AZ. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products, working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver production-ready test stations and hardware.

You will troubleshoot across the full design lifecycle, producing schematics and analyses, and ensuring reliable test systems that support mission-critical defense programs. A STEM degree with experience or an advanced degree is required.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with at least 3 years of experience.
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
• Experience with common test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate test equipment for Raytheon products within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Produce production test stations, ITAs, harnesses, and supporting test hardware.
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and circuit analyses guiding test system development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues throughout the design, development, and integration lifecycle.
