Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate on site. You will design, integrate, and troubleshoot Raytheon products within multidisciplinary teams, developing test systems and schematics while managing technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects.

U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with electrical design, troubleshooting, and test.

Responsibilities

• Design and integrate Raytheon products within TEE in multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems, adapters, cabling, schematics.
• Manage technical, cost and schedule aspects of assigned projects.
• Identify and resolve issues in development and implementation of test products.
