Job summary

Sargent & Lundy seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Lead for their Knoxville-based Nuclear Power Group. The role entails leading a multi-discipline team on complex design projects, coordinating scope, schedules, and deliverables, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the Knoxville office and two remote days.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree from ABET-accredited program.
• Ten+ years designing electrical systems for nuclear plants.
• 3+ years leading an engineering design group.
• Experience with equipment selection and design change packages.
• Strong client liaison and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead group to complete electrical project deliverables within scope and budget.
• Define scope of work and deliverables for team members.
• Review status, progress, and meetings; report to client.
• Develop multi-discipline proposals and oversee design changes.
• Mentor the development of the group and coordinate with other disciplines.
