Job summary

TAE Technologies, Inc. is seeking a senior Electrical Engineer/Project Engineer to lead the architectural design of electrical subsystems for accelerator and medical technology programs.

You will drive safety, quality and delivery with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires at least a BS in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with PLM tools and CAD software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master level electrical engineering education required or equivalent.
• Experience in design, specification, review, installation and commissioning of complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design of electrical subsystems for accelerator projects and medical devices.
• Define electrical safety standards per IEC 60601 and FDA regulations.
• Manage engineering group activities to meet program budget and schedule.
• Identify engineering challenges and develop viable design solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Provide direction and assign tasks to ensure quality and delivery.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Develop personnel and ensure completion of engineering goals.
