Job summary

C&I Engineering in Louisville, KY is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team and develop electrical/power system designs for oil & gas, petrochemical, and related facilities. You will design industrial power distribution, perform load analyses, voltage drop studies, and motor sizing, and you may lead multi‑discipline project teams using ETAP or SKM.

The ideal candidate holds a ABET‑accredited degree with 8–10 years of experience, Travel up to 10%, and PE licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited degree with 8–10 years of related experience.
• Experience in chemical, refining, or food & beverage industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical equipment for oil & gas, petrochemical, and related facilities.
• Design industrial power distribution, including specifications and protection schemes.
• Perform load studies, voltage drop calculations, wire sizing, and motor sizing.
• Lead multi-discipline project teams and direct support staff.
