Job summary
A leading engineering firm in the United States is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years in the Utility, Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries. This role requires strong knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical power systems and proficiency in ETAP and SKM software. Candidates should be self-starters and adept at managing multiple fast-paced projects while maintaining excellent client relations. A licensed Professional Engineer registration is also required.
Qualifications
Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
Licensed Professional Engineer registration required.
10 years minimum Electrical experience in Utility, Oil & Gas and petrochemical industry.
Responsibilities
Lead I&E project team to deliver quality IFC documents and maintain budget & schedule.
Create an execution strategy based on the Scope of Work & Design Basis.
Maintain client relations through site visits and review meetings.
Skills
Knowledgeable in designing low voltage and medium voltage electrical power systems
Proficient with Electrical Engineering software such as ETAP and SKM
Ability to manage time efficiently across multiple projects
Knowledge of Protections relays: SEL, GE Multilin
