Job summary

WorleyParsons is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical engineering for large EPC projects from concept through execution, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and engages with customers to deliver reliable infrastructure.

The position is based in Englewood, CO, with a hybrid work schedule. Candidates should have a PE license preferred in CO/CA and 10+ years of experience in relevant sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• PE license preferred, especially in CO/CA.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in EPC, industrial, energy, chemicals, resources or related environments.
• Experience leading electrical scopes on medium to large capital projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical system design, power distribution, and industry standards (ANSI/IEEE/IEC/NEC).

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering scope for medium to large EPC projects from concept to execution.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to engineers and designers.
• Develop project plans, estimate hours, assign work, and monitor schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with PM, discipline leads, customers, procurement and construction teams.
• Review/approve deliverables: load lists, single-line diagrams, power distribution, grounding, area classifications, equipment specs, schematics, bids, and power system studies.
