Job summary

Woolpert is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in the United States. The role supports in-person, hybrid, or remote work arrangements and involves leading electrical projects, ensuring safety and compliance, and mentoring staff.

The ideal candidate has a PE license, 10+ years of leadership experience, and deep knowledge of building electrical systems, design, and calculations. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Registered Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering projects.
• Experience in building power systems, lighting design, medium-voltage distribution, SKM analysis, and photometric calculations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering technical work for complex projects.
• Track project progress including scope, schedule, and fee.
• Oversee technical review and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Guide the team on models, plans, drawings, and calculations for electrical systems.
