Qualifikationen

• BSc in electrical engineering with a minimum of 10 years' experience in petrochemical, oil & gas, power generation or metallurgical/mineral processing.
• PE license required with ability to register with NCEES and in other States.
• Ability to lead quality management of discipline work processes and deliverables.
• Experience in power system studies using software tools (e.g., SKM, ETAP, EasyPower).
• Ability to specify large electrical apparatus including transformers, switchgear, MCCs, VFDs, and related devices.
• Experience with area classification and relevant codes (NFPA, API).
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEMA, IEEE, IEC codes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead execution and client interaction.
• Experience in working with clients from proposal development through project execution.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Development of electrical power systems engineering deliverables including one-line, three-line, schematic and connections drawings, cabling and grounding systems, and other related documents.
• Sizing and selection of electrical equipment, including specifications and data sheets.
• Lighting, grounding, and cable tray design with conduit sizing for wires and motors.
• Reviewing electrical shop drawings and data; interfacing with suppliers, clients, and other disciplines.
• Preparation of construction drawings and specification packages.
