CMTA, Inc is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Phoenix, AZ office. This role requires 8+ years of experience in consulting engineering, overseeing electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency power, UPS, and low-voltage systems for bid and construction projects.

The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers, collaborate with owners, architects, and contractors, and design energy-efficient buildings across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in MEP design and consulting engineering.
• Experience managing internal and external projects and client relationships.
• Experience with Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12 and Commercial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide design and construction projects internally and with clients/contractors.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff engineers.
• Prepare and interpret technical drawings and specs; stamp drawings and affidavits.
