Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 8–10+ years of leadership experience in electrical engineering environments.
• Professional Engineer license preferred; strong energy code knowledge.
• Experience with building power, lighting, communications, and security systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate design efforts for electrical discipline on projects.
• Provide design status updates and manage discipline budgets.
• Coach and guide design staff within the department.
• Collaborate with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure project goals meet time, budget, and quality standards.
