Job summary

You will design power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage systems, perform load calculations, and prepare drawings while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with architects and project teams. This role offers technical leadership and stability in a collaborative A/E environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred as per the role description.
• Eight or more years of electrical building systems design experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and engineering tools; knowledge of codes and energy efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low voltage design for varied project types.
• Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, one-line diagrams, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and project teams throughout delivery.
• Conduct construction administration including site visits and technical reviews.
• Execute QA/QC to maintain technical excellence and mentor junior engineers.
• Engage clients and present technical solutions to stakeholders.
