Job summary

City Building Engineering Services (CBES-US) seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer responsible for designing, reviewing, and coordinating electrical systems for commercial and retail facilities across New England and Mid-Atlantic regions. You will lead power distribution, lighting, EMS integrations, and related systems, ensuring code-compliant and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• PE license required and 10+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in design review, code compliance evaluations, and system coordination.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with client-facing engagement.

Responsibilities

• Review, design, and coordinate electrical systems for new construction and remodels.
• Develop electrical plans, load calculations, circuiting, and equipment layouts.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Controls, EMS, and Construction teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide senior technical review of plans and specs.
