HDR is seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer in Colorado to lead electrical design for buildings, ensuring life safety, power, and lighting systems meet project goals. You will collaborate with PMs, architects, and other disciplines to develop contracts and deliverables on schedule.

The role requires a PE or eligibility, 10+ years of building electrical design experience, and strong proficiency with AutoCAD and design software. Denver area, full-time, employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform construction administration for various market sector projects.
• Lead electrical design activities and coordinate with PMs and other disciplines.
• Provide technical reviews and ensure code compliance.
• Mentor staff and manage project workload and schedules.
