Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 12 years of relevant experience.
• At least 7 years leading electrical engineering scope for industrial equipment or integrated machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering from customer discussions and estimating through design, implementation, certification, and engineering change management.
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, and international teams; review electrical systems and documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
