Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience.
• Experience in lead or senior design engineer roles preferred.
• PE license is preferred but not required; consulting/industrial project and renewable energy experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Electrical Engineering team including hiring and performance.
• Oversee workload planning and professional development as senior technical lead.
• Direct electrical system design and documentation, conduct testing and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate across departments and with customers to deliver manufacturable solutions.
• Set direction on electrical manufacturing design and product definitions.

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 5–10 years of electrical engineering experience, including experience in a lead or senior design engineer role. Consulting engineering and industrial project experience, electrical manufacturing design, renewable energy or UPS/BESS industry experience, and a Professional Engineer license are preferred, with the license not required.
