Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of large-scale power infrastructure projects. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in industrial power systems.

Responsibilities include overseeing electrical system designs, partnering with clients for power solutions, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of electrical engineering experience and a PE license is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• Deep expertise in industrial power systems including MV/LV distribution and substations.
• Strong experience with SEL relays for protection and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end electrical system design for industrial projects.
• Own system architecture for substations and backup power systems.
• Mentor engineers and elevate team technical capability.
