GTI Fabrication seeks a Staff Electrical Engineer to provide senior technical leadership across modular power and industrial systems. This role serves as a technical authority for electrical architecture, design, integration, and troubleshooting from concept through manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in industrial power distribution, controls, switchgear, generators, UPS, protection, and mentoring engineers to solve cross-functional technical
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience in industrial equipment or manufacturing environments.
- Experience owning complex electrical designs from concept through production, testing, and commissioning.
- Strong background in industrial electrical power distribution and controls.
- Experience with switchgear, generators, transformers, UPS, ATS, MCCs, and VFDs.
Mansioni
- Electrical System Design & Technical Leadership across modular power and industrial systems.
- Lead electrical architecture and design for complex projects; review schematics and diagrams.
- Perform load, short-circuit, protection coordination, and voltage drop calculations.
- Support PLC/HMI, SCADA, and system integration; assist with commissioning and testing.
- Mentor engineers and drive engineering standards, tools, and practices.
