SSOE is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and execution of electrical systems for automotive and industrial facilities. The role spans from concept to commissioning, with responsibilities as Engineer of Record and cross-functional coordination with clients and teams.

Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
- PE license or licensure by reciprocity.
- 8+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial facilities.
- Experience with automotive, battery manufacturing, or consumer products facilities.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure and NEC/NFPA/IEEE standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and execution of electrical systems for automotive, manufacturing, battery, and industrial facilities.
- Serve as Engineer of Record and technical lead on projects of varying complexity.
- Develop electrical power distribution from utility service through facility distribution networks.
- Prepare and review diagrams, power plans, equipment layouts, cable schedules, and lighting.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, controls, structural, and architecture teams.
- Support facility expansion, modernization, and greenfield projects; interface with clients for requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers; lead design reviews and project scoping.
- Support procurement, construction activities, startup, and commissioning.
