Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• 5+ years of engineering design and project management experience.
• Experience designing MEP building systems and fire prevention systems for commercial facilities.
• Strong electrical engineering design, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Understanding of electrical codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Ability to manage competing project priorities and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design on complex commercial projects, including calculations, specs, and construction docs.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Collaborate across disciplines to integrate building systems.
• Oversee construction support including submittals and site visits.
• Lead QA/QC reviews to ensure code compliance and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
