Job summary

Arup seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer for Healthcare project delivery in Los Angeles or San Francisco. You will lead electrical design, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage project execution to meet client goals.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in healthcare electrical engineering, US PE preferred with the ability to obtain within one year, and proficiency with Revit MEP and PowerTools. Strong communication and mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional electrical engineering experience with a healthcare focus.
• US PE license preferred with ability to obtain within one year of joining Arup.
• Strong knowledge of US codes and electrical system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design efforts for Healthcare projects and ensure adherence to client requirements and industry standards.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to achieve seamless project integration and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables in collaboration with project managers and clients.
• Present technical material clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences; mentor junior engineers.
• Review work assignments and provide guidance to junior staff; foster team development.
