Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical, architectural, building services engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience designing electrical systems for buildings.
• Experience with 3D BIM software – Revit MEP.
• Professional Engineering License.

Responsibilities

• Design/Lead medium to large-scale complex projects focusing on healthcare and mission critical facilities.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Work with clients and manage key relationships.
• Design electrical systems for healthcare buildings, including power, lighting, and fire alarm.
• Prepare drawings and specifications; review drawings and RFIs/submittals; perform construction administration.
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines and deliver within commercial metrics.
• Present technical material to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated with trends and standard methodologies in electrical engineering.
• Participate in local industry professional associations.
